Managing Partner
S Senthil, founding partner is a commerce graduate and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 32 years of experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Domestic Taxation, project funding and due diligence services. He specializes in compliance, Litigation, Advisory and Planning services in the field of Direct taxes and corporate advisory. He has good insights into complicated tax structure and compliance mandates for catering to the domestic business entities. He also holds a DISA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
CA S Preethi
Partner
S Preethi is a commerce graduate and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has post qualification employment experience of handling statutory audit assignments for one of the Big Four audit firms in India. She joined our firm in the year 2021 and specializes in statutory audit of large and medium corporates and limited liability partnerships. She handles audit and assurance engagements, advising and structuring business arrangements viz acquisition, merger and hive offs, indirect taxes and US tax return filing and advisory services.
